Our Story

Rooted in the
Snake River Valley

Betsy's Vineyard sits along Can Ada Road in the heart of Melba, Idaho — where the soil is rich and the days are long enough for everything to develop properly. We started with a single vineyard row and a kitchen table, and what grew from that was simply stubborn love for honest food and drink.

Today, our ovens run every morning. We bake sourdoughs with naturally leavened starters, fold butter into laminated pastries by hand, and press wines from grapes grown right here on the property. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is borrowed from somewhere else.

Our grocery selection reflects the same philosophy: locally sourced staples, small-batch preserves, and pantry essentials that our regulars come back for week after week.
